Canine Manor

Behold this mighty set up and lay out. With grounds, lands, arches, walkways, and a huge manor at the end, and behind that is a 400 foot long back garden leading to Lake Whippet.

Devlin Benet and Gillian Santos are engaged to get married so, Kathy King, Devlin's adoptive mother, comes to visit and gives them keys to this place as a wedding gift. Devlin knows of this place, Gillian does not but, she can look it up. Kathy has brought a binder full of photographs and diagrams of the place. (Damn indeed.) 
The yellow in the middle is a yellow brick pathway so you can walk from west wing to east wing outside without getting wet or taking a huge walk through the inside or round the rest of the home. And multiple staircases, and an elevator [you have to get heavy things upstairs somehow]
